Limited 3-Year Warranty
Bendron enterprises, 428 Simmons Drive, Douglas Georgia 31533, warrants to the original consumer purchaser for a period of (3) three years from the date of purchase by the purchaser that its trailer shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship attributabe to warrantor. Excluded from this three year warranty are electrical, plumbing, windows, doors, sealant, paint, undercoating and fiberglass parts which are warranted for (1) one year period from the date of purchase by the original purchaser. Axles, tires, couplers and various other parts are warranted by the original manufacturer.
Warranty is not responsibe for claims related to (1) Defacing: scratches, dents, chips, tears in the surface not caused by the warrantor: (2) routine maintenance (3) damage from unauthorized repairs, abuse, misuse, or neglect (4) damage caused by improper hitch ball or tow hook up (5) component parts covered by separate warranty. Bendron Enterprises reserves the right for final determination whether or not the product has been abused or misused.
Warrantor shall elect to remedy defects in materials and workmanship caused by warrantor by repair, replacement, or refund, if replacement or repair is not possible. All defective products shall be delivered to warrantors address above unless prior written approval is obtained by warrantor. Warrantor may select another qualified locatiion for the repair to be completed. Warrantor will not be obligated, in any way, to pay for repairs made without its specific approval. All cost incurred in shipping or delivery of product for warranty service shall be borne by purchaser. Warrantor shall remedy defects within a reasonalble amount of time.
Purchaser must notify warrantor of any defects within (15) fifteen days or after it is , or should have been discovered. Purchaser must complete and return warrantee registration card within (15) fifteen days of the purchase of the product to obtain warranty service. Purchaser must pay all service towing and transportation charges incurred to obtain warranty service.
The original purchaser of warrantor's product and any person to whom the product is transferred and to any person who is the intended user of beneficiary of the product shall not be entitled to recover from warrantor any consequential damages resulting form any product defect, including loss of trailer, revenue, or other commercial loss, use of rental equipment or loss of time and convenience.
The purchaser agrees to arbitration in any disputes. The venue to be in the courts of Coffee County, Georgia and/or any venue set forth by Bendron Enterprises. The purchaser expressly consents to personal jurisdiction in the courts of Coffee County, Georgia and waives all objectiions to personal jurisdiction in the courts of Coffee County, Georgia.
Warrantor expressly limits the duration of all implies warranties of merchant ability, fitness for a particular purpose and other implies warranties to the warranty period of (3) three years. The warrantor expressly disclaims all implies warranties afer expiration of warranty date. No person has the authority to enlarge, amend or modify this warranty.
Warrantor reserves the right to change the design of its product from time to time without notice obligation to make corresponding changes to previously manufactured products. (This warranty gives you specific legal rights. No action to enforce this warranty shall be commenced later than 6 months after the discovery of any defect or after the expiration date of warranty period.)
